Call etiquette baseline
- Answer warmly, identify the business, and give your name.
- Listen fully before responding; repeat order numbers, totals, names, and phone numbers back to the customer.
- Use calm, plain language. Avoid blaming couriers, systems, or colleagues.
- Never guess on policy, stock, delivery timing, or payment status. Offer to confirm and call back.
- Close with the next step, expected timing, and a thank-you.

Delivery facts
Minimum online order: R500. Standard delivery fee: R70 on qualifying orders. Collections are free. Whole and Half Lamb delivery is charged per item.
